Launch of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP)

Antananarivo, September 1, 2018 - The Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) was launched in early September. Land Ressources, a Malagasy firm specializing in this field, began the census operations with the help of the NGO Zina. The project representatives organized several meetings with local populations in the project area to understand their needs and better inform them about the project.
